Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and deliver strategic hiring initiatives across a fast-paced, creative environment. This role will be responsible for shaping recruitment processes, attracting top-tier talent, and partnering closely with leadership to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple departments
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
* Enhance employer branding to attract high-quality candidates
* Implement data-driven recruitment practices and track key hiring metrics
* Oversee and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
* Manage external recruitment partners and vendors where required
* Ensure hiring processes are inclusive, fair, and aligned with best practices
Requirements
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management
* Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
* Experience hiring across creative, technical, or media-related roles is advantageous
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Desirable
* Experience scaling teams within growing organisations
* Knowledge of employer branding strategies
* Familiarity with UK employment law and hiring practices
