Position Summary:Technical expert with a strong experience in Temenos T24 core banking system, providing complete support related to the T24 operations, upgrade and integration with other IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve problems related to the T24 daily operations, Improve T24 system functionality to support the bank's requirements better. Contribute to T24 system update, install patches and integrate with other IT systems. Maintain a solid understanding of the bank's business needs and work closely with other departments to meet them.‍ Software development from technical design to delivery and maintenance. Supporting T24 system performance and security monitoring. Performing design, coding, code review and assisting unit testing. Ensuring development is done according to the specifications and within time. Analysing business requirements and functional specifications to formalise them into technical specifications. Preparing functional specifications and technical specifications. Collaborating with technical and non-technical team members to achieve the best results. Work in compliance with the bank's IT policies and procedures, financial industry standards and regulations. Liaising with Temenos Helpdesk over problem resolution and testing.
