Support Worker - Ashley Drive

Salary: £26,853 per annum
Location: Tylers Green, High Wycombe
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (sleep-ins required)

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our registered care home at Ashley Drive, supporting six individuals with learning disabilities, including people who are non-verbal or have physical disabilities.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with a supportive team to help people live independent, fulfilling lives. Guided by compassion, inclusion and respect, you will:

Provide personalised, tailored support
Deliver personal care with dignity and sensitivity
Encourage life skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, and cleaning
Prepare individualised support plans and risk assessments
Empower individuals to achieve their goals and participate confidently in their communityAbout You

We are seeking someone who is:

Caring, reliable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about helping others
Able to communicate effectively and adapt your approach to different needs
Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
Committed to inclusion, equality, diversity, and person-centred care
Experienced in a similar role
Flexible to cover other shifts when required
For the right person, we would consider part time hours.

Due to the location, a driver’s licence is preferred as public transport links are limited.
