Support Worker We are seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to provide high quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, combining practical support with meaningful companionship. Please note, this role is open to female applicants only. Key responsibilities include: Providing personal care with dignity and respect Supporting with daily routines including meals and mobility Offering companionship and emotional support Assisting with light household tasks Prompting or supporting with medication Keeping accurate records and communicating with the wider team
