About the Role: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our domiciliary care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans. Assist with personal care, medication support, and daily living activities. Promote independence and emotional wellbeing of clients. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a care role is essential. Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
