Ellaria Global Talent is recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to work with reputable care providers across Bristol and the South West.
This role offers the opportunity to support adults in their own homes, supported living environments, and community settings, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and support to individuals with a range of needs including:
Elderly care
Learning disabilities
Autism
Physical disabilities
Complex care needs
You will play a vital role in enabling people to live independently and safely within their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
Assist with medication administration
Support individuals with mobility and independence
Follow care plans and risk assessments
Maintain accurate care records
Build positive relationships with service users and families
Promote dignity, choice, and independence
Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Essential Requirements
Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Compassionate and reliable nature
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in the community
Desirable
Previous experience in domiciliary care, supported living, or complex care
Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism

Working Environment
You will work in a community-based care environment, supporting individuals in their own homes and supported living settings across Bristol and surrounding areas.
This role involves travelling between service users, delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing. Some individuals may require specialist or complex care support, so the ability to remain calm, compassionate and professional in different situations is essential.
Support Workers often work independently in the community, while also being part of a wider supportive care team that provides guidance, training and supervision.
