The Role

As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant , your responsibilities will include:

Providing tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, including but not limited to ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs Working on a 1:1 basis or with small groups to support learning and engagement Supporting the class teacher with behaviour strategies and classroom activities Helping to foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment Adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of each pupil Following EHCP'sRequirements Of a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant

To be successful in this role, you will need:
