Central London (Hybrid: 3 days in the office)

£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus up to 20% + Benefits


We’re thrilled to be partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing FMCG brands, known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation. This B Corp-certified business has achieved incredible growth and is on a mission to make food that’s good for people and the planet. With ambitious plans to expand further, they’re looking for a Supply Planning Manager to join their dynamic team.


What will you be doing?

You’ll be the backbone of the supply chain, ensuring smooth production and stock management across multiple product lines. Leading a team of two Supply Planners, you’ll manage relationships with third-party manufacturers, optimise stock levels, and keep production plans on track. From packaging projects to cost-saving initiatives, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and performance.


What skills do you need to have?

⭐️ Experience in a similar supply planning role (in food & drink).

⭐️ Strong analytical skills with Excel expertise (pivot tables, VLookups).

⭐️ Excellent communication skills for managing suppliers and internal teams.

⭐️ Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.

⭐️ Highly organised and confident leading projects.
