Role: Demand & Supply Planning Manager Location : London, Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

As Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end planning process - forecasting, supply, inventory, and NPD, ensuring best in class product availability while driving efficiency across a rapidly scaling, multi-channel business.

About the role: Build and own accurate demand forecasts across D2C, Amazon, and retail channels Manage supplier relationships and oversee supply planning to ensure smooth global operations Lead inventory management across 3PLs and warehouses, optimising stock and minimising waste Partner cross-functionally to align product supply with business growth plans Define and track KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory health, and product availability.

About you: 5+ years of experience in demand and supply planning (ideally in FMCG) within fast-growing or scale-up environment Experience working with international suppliers and consumer markets Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and processes Highly analytical and commercially minded, with confidence to influence senior stakeholders Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes that support rapid business growth
