REOME is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Operations Manager to join our team.

As Supply Chain and Operations Manager, you will be the conduit between suppliers, manufacturers and the internal team. The ethos of your role is to seamlessly manage and deliver REOME’s operational, supply chain and production needs, in an efficient and timely manner.

 

We are looking for someone who can navigate the nuances of production planning whilst being aware of the big-picture challenges of our fast-growing business. This role would be suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working both independently, and as part of a core team.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the end-to-end supply chain function, overseeing production planning, strategic sourcing, and inventory replenishment to ensure continuity of supply and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the Operations function, driving process optimisation, improving cross-functional workflows, and managing core systems to support scalable growth.
  • Oversee the Logistics function, managing 3PL partnership’s performance and budget, coordinating freight schedules, and continuously reviewing carrier rates to identify efficiencies and deliver cost savings.
  • Manage production and execution of NPD, ensuring smooth cross-functional delivery from concept through to launch with D2C and wholesale partners
  • Oversee production critical paths and financial reporting and planning, in alignment with the Finance team, including support for month-end close and reporting processes.
  • Manage strategic special projects, including seasonal initiatives such as advent calendars and retailer gifting or boxed product opportunities, ensuring timely delivery and commercial impact.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including product details, pricing, and inventory information.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity, maintaining standards across inbound operations, storage, and inventory control.
  • Utilise data and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

 

Skills & Experience:


  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain and Operations Role within the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills, as well as fluency in ERP systems.
  • Ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment which requires flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong team player, with an ability to respond to work independently, and respond rapidly to evolving priorities.
