This is a pivotal role sitting at the heart of the business, ensuring that manufacturing output perfectly aligns with global market demand. You will be the bridge between data-driven forecasting and operational excellence.
The Impact You’ll Make
End-to-End Orchestration: Lead the Supply, Demand, and Inventory planning cycles to ensure seamless product availability.
Strategic Inventory Management: Oversee inventory health across a diverse network of third-party warehouses and global suppliers.
Technical Precision: Manage complex Bill of Materials (BOM) and material planning to support high-spec production.
Stakeholder Influence: Act as a key partner to Sales, Finance, and Operations, translating data into actionable business strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in Supply & Demand planning within the Manufacturing, Electronics, or FMCG sectors.
Systems & Materials Savvy: A deep understanding of BOM management and material requirements planning (MRP).
Analytical Rigor: You don’t just look at data; you interrogate it. You have a passion for accuracy and trend analysis.
External Partner Management: Experience managing logistics and stock levels with third-party providers.
Communication: The ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across different time zones and functions.
