Work centres on diagnosing movement, cracking, and structural concerns in homes and heritage buildings, commercial buildings, and giving people clear, confident answers they can rely on.

What They Do Assess structural issues in all types of buildings, from modern homes to historic and non traditional construction.

The role would suit an engineer with an interest in all residential building types including historic, timber framed, non-traditional and modern-day construction with commercial and industrial buildings added to the mix.

The Role Conduct site surveys and the preparation of written engineering reports.
Reports to include pre-sale, insurance related, feasibility studies and due diligence.
Active assistance in developing the business with new work streams and recruitment.
Some design work.
Flexible working hours and working from home.
