Please note, this is an initial 3 month contract working inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella that will require onsite working in London 2 days per week SUMMARY The Strategic Workforce Planning Manager will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a foundational Strategic Workforce Planning framework that aligns the organisation's workforce shape and size with its long-term priorities and operating models.
