As Store Manager, you will embody an inspiring leadership role, driving daily operations and strategy for the Regent Street store. You will lead the team to exceed sales targets, elevate customer experience, and reflect our client’s innovative brand values on every level.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute a sales strategy in coordination with the Retail Management team, adapting to peak seasons and evolving workloads.

Lead by example on the shop floor, engaging with clients and ensuring sales targets are achieved or surpassed.

Use KPIs and client data to align daily actions with broader business objectives.


Customer Experience

Ensure every customer journey is unique and memorable, from personalised styling advice to resolving issues with care.

Maintain consistent brand representation across all touchpoints and visual merchandising standards.


Team Management & Development

Organise schedules, hold daily briefings, and energise the team around clear goals.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through training, coaching, and recognition of excellence.


Operations Control

Coordinate with HQ for inventory management and restocking to keep the store fully stocked.

Uphold operational procedures, loss prevention, and back-of-house efficiency.


Profile

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fashion or premium/lifestyle brand.

Strong leadership skills: results-driven, proactive in sales, organised, and analytical.

Passion for product and a keen eye for emerging fashion and sneaker trends.
