About the Role
This position sits within the technical function and plays a key role in ensuring all products meet regulatory, safety, and customer expectations. Working cross-functionally, you’ll support both ongoing production and new product activity, helping to maintain compliance standards while acting as a point of contact for customer-related technical matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and update product information across customer systems, ensuring all data is accurate and aligned to requirements
* Respond to technical enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear and timely guidance
* Review and approve packaging information to ensure it meets current legal and brand standards
* Support the introduction of new products, ensuring all technical requirements are met before launch
* Assist with factory trials, product testing, and validation activities
* Conduct routine traceability checks and internal compliance audits
* Help maintain and improve quality and food safety systems
* Support audit readiness and participate in external assessments when required
* Investigate issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
* Ensure customer-specific standards are understood and consistently applied
