About the Role This position sits within the technical function and plays a key role in ensuring all products meet regulatory, safety, and customer expectations. Working cross-functionally, youll support both ongoing production and new product activity, helping to maintain compliance standards while acting as a point of contact for customer-related technical matters. What Youll Be Doing Manage and update product information across customer systems, ensuring all data is accurate and aligned to requirements Respond to technical enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear and timely guidance Review and approve packaging information to ensure it meets current legal and brand standards Support the introduction of new products, ensuring all technical requirements are met before launch Assist with factory trials, product testing, and validation activities Conduct routine traceability checks and internal compliance audits Help maintain and improve quality and food safety systems Support audit readiness and participate in external assessments when required Investigate issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Ensure customer-specific standards are understood and consistently applied Assist with export-related ...
