Specialist Solution Architect (Voice & Messaging) (New Bailey, Manchester, United Kingdom) Security Clearance (SC) is required for this roleeither currently held or with SC eligibility confirmed prior to the start date.
Hybrid 3 days a week together out of our Manchester, Bristol or Leeds offices (flexible 2 days remote wherever).
At BT, our Solution Architects play a vital role in shaping the future of secure, connected communications. As a Solution Architect Specialist , youll independently lead the design and delivery of technical solutions that are fit for purpose and aligned with business needs. As a Solution Architect Specialist , youll play a key role in designing and delivering secure, scalable infrastructure solutions that support BTs voice and messaging services. Supporting future expansion into video calling capabilities
Producing clear, actionable recommendations, proposals, and scopes of workidentifying critical dependencies and risks
Applying cybersecurity principles to solution design
Working directly with customers, particularly on large or complex accounts
Navigating regulatory frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27002, and CIS Controls
Integrating systems using APIs and web services
I demonstrate strong commercial focus, bringing an external perspective to decision-making.
I experiment and identify opportunities for growth for both myself and the organisation.
