Executive Team Manager - at Parkside Recruitment

Our Client, based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, requires an experienced Specialised Parking Officer to join their team for an 8-month period.

• Local parking laws and regulations – Understanding of zones, permits, time limits, and fines.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation – Training to handle confrontations calmly in written and verbal communication.
• Responding to public inquiries, including complaints, and freedom of information requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Preparing reports on parking usage, revenue, and enforcement.
• Using parking management software to track permits and violations. Such as chipside, MI permits
• Updating databases and ensuring data accuracy.
• Generating reports for internal use or public records

Required skills & experience

• Previous experience in the parking back office is essential
• Knowledge of the parking back office as above is essential
• Experience of dealing with data-intensive Freedom of Information requests, gathering and supplying information required for complex & politically sensitive parking complaints

Remote Working, however, you need to be local enough to Aylesbury to collect the equipment
