sous chef required in the Taunton area, this kitchen has lots of new equipment , you be cooking with some fantastic kit. this role is split between banqueting, events and main restaurant kitchen. sous chef, £35-40k, fresh food, great time to join to play with all these new chef toys in the kitchen!
the role As a sous chef you will support the head chef, there will be a focus on the events however you will do restaurant as well. you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen and create great dishes with the latest chef toys. this role includes all the standard sous chef duties
experience We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background with events experience as well as restaurant
