Morleys Bistro in Hurstpierpoint is looking for a talented and enthusiastic sous chef to join the team in our small but busy restaurant. As sous chef, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen alongside our head chef & independently. As well as maintaining standards in the kitchen, you will be a mentor to the more junior members of the team and will have input in the designing of our seasonal menus and daily changing specials. All dishes and made fresh so working with fresh food is essential. Due to our village location, you will need your own transport. TPBN1_UKCT
