This flagship opening will showcase everything the restaurant is known for — seasonal cooking, sustainability, outstanding produce , and a genuine respect for where ingredients come from. Food is treated with the same care and attention as the producers who grow and rear it, and that ethos is felt both on the plate and in the warm, buzzing energy of the restaurant.
The Role Support the Head Chef in leading a passionate and skilled kitchen team

Maintain consistently high standards across service and preparation

Work with menus that evolve with the seasons

Champion sustainability, provenance and strong supplier relationships

Help shape the culture, systems and success of a flagship opening

About You An experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef from a quality-led restaurant

A deep appreciation for seasonal, produce-driven cooking

Calm, organised and confident in high-volume services

A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
