My client, a 3 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant in Bedfordshire, is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. The Restaurant is well known for its exquisite Modern British tasting menu which changes regularly and uses local fresh ingredients. The role involves leading a team of CDPs as well as having the ability to run any section of the kitchen. Experience at 3 AA Rosette or Michelin level is preferred. The Benefits on offer include £32,000 to £35,000 per annum salary based on experience. 2 Full days andnights off per week. Pension and Bonus Scheme. Full closure over Christmas and New Year period. Meals on Duty. Access to state of the art kitchen. There is no live in accommodation and candidates must have their own transport due to the rural location.
