The hotel also serves up an array of fresh dishes in the restaurant, lounge, and outdoor terrace areas, with a seasonally changing menu.\n\nAccommodation is not available with this position therefore, applicants should only apply if they are able to commute to the Buckingham area of Buckinghamshire, daily.
\n\nWhat's involved?\n \n Our client is searching for a Sous Chef in this bustling kitchen, working directly under the Head Chef to oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, develop your leadership abilities, and contribute significantly to the hotels continued success.\n\nAs Sous Chef, you will Lead and inspire the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes, ensuring impeccable quality, consistency, and presentation, mentor and train junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive working environment, ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (HACCP), assist with menu development, costing, and inventory management.\n\nThe successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Sous Chef or be a highly experienced Chef de Partie in a high-volume hotel. You will have a genuine passion for food and a desire to innovate and exceed expectations, strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively, and have in-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.\n\nAccommodation is not available with this position therefore, applicants should only applyto this Sous Chef position if they are able to commute to the Buckingham area of Buckinghamshire, daily.
