With a salary of up to £38,000, a 45-hour working week, and live-in accommodation available, this is a role that offers both career progression and a great work-life balance.

As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef while leading shifts and ensuring service runs smoothly. This Sous Chef position gives you the opportunity to work closely with a passionate team, maintain high standards across prep and service, and help develop junior chefs through coaching and support. You’ll be involved in delivering fresh, well-executed dishes while building your confidence in kitchen leadership and organisation in a busy, quality-driven environment.
