New premium French brasserie opening in Central London is looking for a Sous Chef . Open to strong Junior Sous Chefs stepping up or experienced Senior Sous Chefs .
This is a high-volume, quality-led restaurant with a focus on modern and traditional French cooking , delivering 200 covers with multiple turns in a fast-paced environment.
The role Youll support the Head Chef in leading a large brigade and delivering consistent, high-quality food.
You will:
Lead the kitchen during service and prep

Train and develop junior chefs

Support menu execution and consistency

Manage stock, ordering and cost control

Maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation

Step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence

What theyre looking for 23 years experience at Sous or Junior Sous level

Background in French or Modern European cuisine

Strong personality with the ability to lead from the front

Comfortable in a premium, high-volume environment

Organised, calm under pressure, and hands-on

The package £44,000£50,000 package

Additional earning potential through tronc

4850 hours per week
