Links Country Park Hotel is a busy, well-established hotel offering a popular main restaurant and a vibrant Sports Bar kitchen. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality food and consistent service standards to both hotel guests and local customers. We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of our busy main kitchen and Sports Bar operation. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong kitchen management experience, high standards, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Assist the Executive Chef in managing both the main kitchen and Sports Bar kitchen operations Supervise and motivate the kitchen team Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction Support rota planning and labour control Maintain full compliance with food safety and kitchen Health & Safety regulations Step up to lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef s absence Proven experience in a Sous Chef or senior CDP role within a busy kitchen Demonstrable kitchen management experience Fully conversant with kitchen Health & Safety and food safety regulations (HACCP) Flexible to work evenings and weekends You will work 5 days out of 7 please note that this does include working weekends and evenings.
