The Role - Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a dynamic kitchen team. You'll lead by example, mentor junior chefs, and help drive the kitchen's performance while ensuring every dish exceeds guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Hands-on preparation of fresh, scratch-made dishes
Support and develop junior chefs with effective leadership
