Junior Sous Chef (Pastry) - Monday to Friday

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm with flexibility. Lead on pastry and dessert production, from baked items to plated desserts for hospitality functions. Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and menu development. Work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver fresh, seasonal menus.
