Overtime paid at time & a quarter (£23.73/hr)
Realistic earnings up to £49,371
Regular overtime (TueThu)
Typical finish around 8:008:30pm

Your role:
Support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, fresh food made on-site
Lead sections across events, hospitality & fine dining service
Produce a range of offerings: buffets, canapés, working lunches & plated dinners
Help manage service across 36 event spaces over 10 floors

Service style:
Up to 200 guests for canapé events
Up to 14 covers for fine dining plated service
