What Youll Be Doing: Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations for hospitality and event services Leading and motivating the team, ensuring top-quality execution Contributing to the development of fresh, seasonal, and innovative menus Ensuring all food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met Working closely with FOH and events teams for smooth service delivery

About You: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in events, fine dining, or premium hospitality Calm under pressure with strong leadership and communication skills Passionate about quality food, attention to detail, and seasonal ingredients Comfortable with varied service styles from plated fine dining to large canapé events Well-organised, punctual, and team-focused
