Whats on Offer
Salary up to £48,000 per annum
Mostly daytime hours
Monday to Friday working pattern
45-hour working week
A mix of high-quality fine dining, hospitality and volume service
Supportive leadership and a chef-led culture
Occasional evening fine-dining events (planned well in advance)
The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, youll be part of a 6-strong kitchen team delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality dining across site. Youll play a key role in maintaining standards, motivating the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Taking full responsibility in the Head Chefs absence
Leading and inspiring the kitchen team by example
Liaising confidently with Front of House and senior stakeholders
Delivering exceptional food standards under pressure
Ensuring all H&S and food safety procedures are followed at all times

Strong all-rounder with experience in fine dining and high-volume environments
Calm, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
A natural leader and motivator with excellent people skills
Meticulous attention to detail and presentation
