We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE) to join the firm in a senior leadership capacity. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Legal Director, CEO, and Executive Board, with significant influence over the firms strategic direction.You will play a central role in shaping and delivering the firms settlement strategy, strengthening its regulatory compliance framework, and overseeing key legal operations. Working closely with investors, lenders, and external advisers, you will contribute directly to the firms continued growth and market position.Key ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Legal Director, CEO, and Executive BoardDevelop and implement a robust settlement strategy aligned with the anticipated Car Finance Redress SchemeEnsure full compliance with SRA, FCA, and ICO regulatory requirementsSupport the COLP and COFA, guiding on legal and regulatory mattersAttend and actively contribute to senior management and board meetingsCollaborate with investors on settlement strategy and risk managementManage relationships with lenders and external legal advisersRecruit, build, and lead a high-performing legal and settlement strategy teamIdentify and develop new opportunities within the consumer claims marketAbout YouQualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experienceStrong expertise in consumer finance, regulatory law, or complex consumer claimsProven experience operating at a senior or board levelIn-depth knowledge of SRA, FCA, and ICO regulatory frameworksCommercially minded, with confidence advising senior stakeholders and investorsDemonstrated leadership experience, including team building and managementStrategic thinker with a desire to play a key role in long-term business growthThe PackageHighly competitive salary, commensurate with experienceFlexible remuneration structure, open to discussionPerformance-related bonuses and long-term incentive opportunitiesA genuine opportunity to become a key strategic leader within the firmIf you are looking to take on a high-impact leadership role and help shape the future of a growing firm, we would welcome your application.JBRP1_UKTJ
