This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established Legal 500 firm. You will be joining a very skilled team that has a wealth of experience in Clinical Negligence. This team includes APIL, AvMA, and Law Society-accredited specialists who have experience handling a variety of clinical negligence cases. 

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 + years' PQE experience working within Clinical Negligence and have some recent experience with handling a case load. They also need someone who has strong commercial awareness within a legal environment and the ability to work well with junior members of the team, whilst providing coaching and mentoring. In this role, you will be accountable for handling your own caseload, and must contribute to proactive case management progress across the team. You will also be advising the team on any technical issues that may arise from cases, for which you will get support with from your Team Leader/Head of Department.
