Job Opportunity: Solicitor – Residential Conveyancing (2–5 PQE)


Location: Glasgow (hybrid working available)


Overview:

Join a busy Glasgow team as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, managing a varied caseload from instruction to completion. You’ll guide clients through purchases, sales, transfers of title, remortgages, working in a supportive environment with helpful paralegal assistance and modern systems.


Experience:

  • Scottish qualified solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Confident managing your own caseload independently
  • Experience handling transactions end-to-end, including drafting, due diligence and settlement


Skills:

  • Attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centred manner
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to team aims
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes
