Job Opportunity: Oil & Gas Lawyer – Energy & Infrastructure (3+ PQE) Location: Glasgow Overview A leading law firm is seeking a lawyer to join its Oil & Gas practice. You will work on high-profile oil, gas, renewables and infrastructure projects, gaining exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload. Role Requirements Experience: 3+ PQE in Oil & Gas, with exposure to upstream operations, service sector contracts, or transactional work
Assist partners on operational contracts, field development agreements and M&A matters Advise service sector clients on drilling, EPC, offshore construction and regulatory contracts Support business development and maintain client relationships
Skills
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills Commercial awareness and understanding of client business models Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and work independently or in a team
