Senior Production & Process EngineerOnsite - Oxford£Competitive + Great BensWere building a brand-new Serial Production division and were looking for a senior engineer to help shape it from day one.This is a hands-on, high-impact role where youll establish scalable, repeatable production processes and take technical ownership once theyre live. Youll define equipment requirements, lead process validation, own PFMEAs, manage KPIs, and drive structured root cause problem-solving to keep production stable and improving.Youll work at the intersection of Engineering, Quality, and Operations ensuring smooth transition from NPI into full serial manufacture.
