Were building a brand-new Serial Production division and were looking for a senior engineer to help shape it from day one.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where youll establish scalable, repeatable production processes and take technical ownership once theyre live. Youll define equipment requirements, lead process validation, own PFMEAs, manage KPIs, and drive structured root cause problem-solving to keep production stable and improving.
Youll work at the intersection of Engineering, Quality, and Operations ensuring smooth transition from NPI into full serial manufacture. From process setup and documentation to performance optimisation and cost improvement, youll be central to building a robust, high-performing production environment.
What youll bring: 5-10 years in production/manufacturing/process engineering
Strong RCCA and structured problem-solving capability
Experience leading PFMEAs and managing process risk
Confidence owning KPIs and driving data-led decisions
Proven ability to support production while delivering improvement
