Linsco are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on the fitout of a new build industrial unit project in Northampton. This is a freelance position, running until February, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, with a main focus on the internal fit out works. Previous experience if warehouse fitout is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all site activities in line with the project programme Manage the warehouse fit out works Handle all on-site paperwork, including RAMS, permits, and site diaries Conduct inductions and toolbox talks Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and company policies Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and the wider project team Report on progress ...
