We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the reinforced concrete (RC) frame and civils package on a major new-build student accommodation scheme in Bristol. This high-profile development will deliver over 500 units across multiple blocks and represents a fantastic long-term opportunity on a landmark project. The Role: * Lead the delivery of RC frame and associated groundwork packages * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with programme milestones * Maintain rigorous H&S and quality standards on site * Work closely with the Project Manager, Design and Engineering teams * Manage logistics, plant, and labour effectively * Ensure smooth progression into superstructure and follow-on trades Requirements: * Strong background in managing RC frame and groundwork packages * Experience delivering large-scale new build schemes (ideally £30m) * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification – essential * Previous experience on student accommodation or high-rise projects is highly desirable This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established contractor delivering a complex, high-value project with continuity of work for the right individual
