We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Site Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale residential development in Bristol for a leading Tier 1 house builder. The project includes both houses and apartments, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the internal finishes through to handover. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all internal trades across multiple residential units * Drive quality, programme, and safety standards * Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of internal works * Monitor snagging and ensure handover standards are met * Report progress and challenges to the senior management team * Maintain compliance with site safety and build regulations Requirements: * Proven experience managing internals on residential developments * Experience across both housing and apartment units * Strong organisational and communication skills * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid – essential * Ability to work to tight deadlines with a proactive approach This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-profile residential scheme with a reputable main contractor, with a project due to hand over by Christmas.
