With an established client base, the company undertakes works on Grade I and II listed buildings, as well as properties of significant architectural and historical importance.
Due to continued growth, Triton Restoration Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee multiple restoration projects across London and occasionally nationwide.
The Role This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your expertise within a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards expected within the heritage sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage site operations across restoration and refurbishment projects
* Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery
* Ensure all works meet programme requirements and deadlines
* Maintain high standards of quality control across all site activities
* Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Carry out administrative and scheduling duties as required
