About the Role:
We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Site Manager to work within a Primary School based in Harrow on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the school site daily
Ensuring the security of buildings and grounds
Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
Supervising cleaning staff and contractors where required
Managing health and safety checks, including fire alarms and emergency procedures
Monitoring the condition of the premises and reporting faults
Setting up rooms and facilities for school activities and events
Maintaining outdoor areas, including pathways and grounds
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and site safety proceduresRequirements:

Previous experience in a Site Manager, Caretaker, or Facilities role
Good practical skills and ability to carry out minor repairs and maintenance
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible
Enhanced DBS checkWorking Hours:

Monday to Friday
7:00am to 3:30pm or split shifts if required
