Site Manager

Apex are looking to recruit a Site Manager for an upcoming refurbishment project based in North Lanarkshire.

Main Duties will include:

Managing daily site operations and workforce.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.

Hold morning briefings and toolbox talks.

Ensure work is carried out in line with project programming and

Conduct site inductions, RAMS reviews, and regular safety inspections.

Suitable candidates should have experience in fast paced high end fit out/refurb projects.

Qualifications Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, H&S regulations, and quality standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience managing subcontractors on live projects.

• Competent in Microsoft Office / project management software.
