A National Developer is seeking a Site Manager for a timber frame new build housing site in Coventry, offering up to £280 per day. This is an immediate start with ongoing work.

Job Duties:

Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and tradespeople
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor progress and quality of work
Manage site budgets and timelines

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
CSCS card
Valid First Aid certification
Driving Licence

Education:

Relevant construction-related qualification

Experience:

Prior experience in a Site Manager role for Housing Developer

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of high volume housing construction
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions
Proficient in project management and budgeting

Preferred Qualifications:

Further construction-related certifications
Experience working with timber frame construction

Working Conditions:

This role involves working on a construction site, which may include exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands. The Site Manager should be prepared to work full-time hours and be flexible with their schedule to meet project deadlines.
