The Floorbrite Group is committed to creating a work environment that is diverse and is proud to be an equal opportunity employerWhat youll be doingResponsibilitiesTo be responsible for the day-to-day personnel management of all cleaning operatives.To liaise with the Area Manager on any communications with the clientTo control & monitor the stocks of cleaning equipment and materials to ensure that orders can be placed on a timely basis.Involvement and understanding of P&LPayroll responsibility and completion of Time SheetsTo ensure all resources are used flexibly and effectively in order to provide the client with the best possible return on their expenditureTo be proactive to situations and responsive to site issuesTo carry out one-to-one meeting with the Area ManagerTo provide accurate attendance records for the Area Manager for pay roll use.To ensure that the signing in/out books are completed, COSHH statements in situ & PAT tests are currentTo check the communications books daily and action any points / requests by the client.To ensure that all health & safety procedures are followedTo assist the Area Manager with onsite trainingTo continually monitor and highlight the appropriate training needs for all cleaning operatives to the Area ManagerTo ensure that all operatives wear the correct uniforms and abide by documented company proceduresTo ensure that identified key areas receive priorityTo replenish all consumable items throughout the day when necessaryTo undertake any cleaning duties required throughout a working dayTo establish good working relationships with Clients and cleaning operativesWhat skills & experience youll bring to the teamA positive hand on approach multitasker.Excellent communication skills and skills to manage site operatives.Organized, methodical and a can do approach.Strong leadership skills.Maintain consistency under pressure.Eye for detail.JBRP1_UKTJ
