Salary: c£55k-£60k basic plus competitive package inc car or allowance, pension, performance bonus etc.

Company & Project: A profitable and highly respected Tier 1 Main Contractor with strong track record delivering projects £30m-£100m are currently looking to recruit a talented Site Manager to join a flagship New Build Education project, specifically working on internal package management.

The company works extensively across the Education, Science, Commercial and Residential sectors, predominantly in New Build or Refurbishment projects.

The business has a busy pipeline of projects in London, financial stability and good track record in the market for profitability and quality.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility managing all construction management functions on the project with a focus on efficiency of programme and costs, health & safety, progress monitoring for subcontractors and delivering a quality build with low defects.

Previous experience working on package management, specifically on the internal phases of New Build projects is essential for this position.

Desirable Experience:

Previously held Site Manager OR Construction Manager OR Package Manager positions with recognised Top 50 Main Contractors. Exceptional track record for delivering sites on time and to a high standard of finish. 5 years+ experience post qualification in Site Manager OR Construction Manager OR Package Manager positions. Previous Roles: Site Manager OR Assistant Site Manager OR Construction Manager OR Senior Site Manager OR Package Manager. Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Construction Management, NVQ Level 6 and above, or HNC. CSCS Card Essential.
