The Role
You'll be the driving force behind renovation and refurbishment projects across some of London's most iconic and prestigious buildings. From universities and museums to hospitals and heritage sites, you'll oversee day-to-day operations and ensure your projects run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Leading site operations and coordinating trades to keep the project moving
·Championing safety through daily checks, audits, and strong on-site culture
·Managing materials and logistics to keep the programme on track
·Working closely with contractors and the wider project team
Contributing to design and buildability discussions to improve project outcomes
What Were Looking For
You'll suit this role if you're an organised, proactive leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional work.
Essential:
SMSTS
First Aid
Strong IT and reporting skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience managing commercial refurbishment projects
Minimum 8 years of ecperience as a Site Manager.Preferred:
NVQ Level 6 / Black CSCS Managers Card
HND or equivalent construction qualificationWhats in It for You?
