Site Manager – RC Frame & Groundworks (Freelance)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor on a freelance basis for a project in Southall. The role involves managing RC frame and groundworks works on a live construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Day-to-day management of site activities for RC frame and groundworks packages

*

Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard

*

Maintaining site health & safety and ensuring compliance with regulations

*

Liaising with project managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors

*

Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings

*

Monitoring progress and reporting on site performance

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on RC frame and groundworks projects

*

Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid

*

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors effectively

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Right to work in the UK
