Site Manager: Specialist Construction (Panelised LGSF Systems) Salary: £55,000 + Car Allowance Location: UK-wide (Travel required) Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist construction division of a large multinational. The division delivers high-quality projects using panelised LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) systems and operates with a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial culture.

\n

\n

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys variety, travel, and ownership of projects across the UK.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n Manage the delivery of specialist construction projects using panelised LGSF systems, from mobilisation through to final handover.

\n

Ensure projects are completed safely, on programme, and to agreed quality standards.

\n

Travel to projects across the UK, including overnight stays as required.

\n

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.

\n

Monitor site costs and provide accurate reporting to the commercial and project teams.

\n

Conduct site surveys, review method statements and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.

\n

Ensure smooth handover of projects with minimal snagging and high satisfaction from the employer.

\n

Support project teams in problem-solving and proactive programme management.

\n

About You:

\n

\n

\n Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, ideally with exposure to panelised LGSF systems.

\n

Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and site legislation.

\n

Experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex site programmes.

\n

Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

\n

Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and adapt to a dynamic project environment.

\n

SMSTS qualification, CSCS card, and relevant site health & safety certifications .

\n
