Job Description
Site Manager – Roofing & Cladding (European Projects)\nLocation: Projects across Europe\nSalary: Competitive, depending on experience\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nWe’re recruiting for a well-established company known for delivering high-quality roofing and cladding packages on large, complex projects across Europe. They’re looking for an experienced Site Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day site operations and help drive successful project delivery.\n\nAbout the Role\nIn this position, you’ll be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring installations run smoothly, safely, and in line with the program. You will work closely with the Project Manager, maintain clear communication across the site, and make sure work meets the required quality standards.\n\nYour role will involve:\n\nManaging daily site operations for roofing and cladding packages\n\nCoordinating labour, logistics, and sequencing\n\nMaintaining strong site documentation and ensuring H&S compliance\n\nMonitoring progress, reporting to the Project Manager, and addressing issues proactively\n\nWorking closely with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team to keep the project on track\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nExperience managing roofing and/or cladding works on construction sites\n\nStrong leadership skills and confidence managing teams\n\nA solutions-focused mindset with the ability to handle fast-moving site environments\n\nExcellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail\n\nA European passport is desirable but not required\n\nWhy This Opportunity Stands Out\nThis is an excellent chance to join a company with a strong pipeline of European work, a solid reputation, and a supportive structure in place.
